Terms and Conditions hk8 Platform

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the hk8 website accessible at hk8.onl, including all related subdomains, services and content.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers or uses services on the hk8 Platform.
• "Account" refers to a user account duly registered on the hk8 Platform.
• "Real Money" refers to actual funds deposited into a Player's Account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to any credits, promotions or additional incentives offered by hk8 to eligible Players.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before withdrawal of bonus winnings is permitted.
• "Withdrawal" refers to a request to transfer funds from a Player's Account to a registered payment method.

2. User Eligibility

Use of the hk8 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• Aged 21 years or above on the date of account registration. hk8 fully complies with regulations on the protection of children and minors.
• Not located in a jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits online gambling activities.
• Acting on their own behalf and not as an agent, proxy or representative of any third party.
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

hk8 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Accounts that cannot verify eligibility will be suspended until the verification process is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each Player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the hk8 Platform at any one time. Opening more than one account by the same individual — whether using the same or different names, phone numbers, emails, IP addresses or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of fund balances.

During registration, Players are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Players are responsible for keeping their account information current. hk8 reserves the right to require identity verification documents, including a copy of MyKad or passport, before processing withdrawals or in any circumstances deemed necessary.

Account passwords are the sole responsibility of the Player. hk8 recommends that Players:

• Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols for their password.
• Not share their password with any other party.
• Change their password immediately if they suspect unauthorised access has occurred.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

hk8 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction. There is no different minimum amount based on payment method.

Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

Players are required to use payment methods registered in their own name. hk8 will not process withdrawals to accounts or e-wallets owned by third parties. Any attempt to transfer funds through another person's account will result in the withdrawal request being rejected and the account being investigated.

• All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for cryptocurrency.
• hk8 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals.
• The stated processing times are estimates and may vary based on external factors such as bank network conditions.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by hk8 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer, in addition to the general terms outlined here.

150% Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received.

Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Wagering required: RM150 × 20 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM888 → Account balance RM2,088 → Wagering required: RM888 × 20 = RM17,760

The wagering requirement must be fully met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be requested for withdrawal. Only wagers made using real money will count towards meeting the wagering requirement.

hk8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, constitutes fraud and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all related bonuses and winnings.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the hk8 Platform, including slots, live casino, baccarat, sportsbook and other games, are operated according to the specific rules of each game. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before they start playing.

• Game results produced by the Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed.
• Any technical malfunction or interruption during a game session will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's policy.
• hk8 reserves the right to cancel bets placed during a technical malfunction and refund the original bet amount.
• Betting limits for each game are set by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface itself.
• Players are not permitted to use any method, strategy or software designed to influence game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.

7. Player Conduct

Players are required to behave responsibly and ethically while using the hk8 Platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any tool designed to replace human actions in gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker games or tournaments.
• Committing payment fraud, including using stolen credit card details or bank account information.
• Uploading or transmitting content that contains malware, viruses or malicious code.
• Making unfounded false allegations against hk8 or hk8 employees to external parties.
• Using offensive language, threats or any form of harassment toward support staff or other players.

Violating any of the rules above may result in immediate action including account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account funds and referral of the case to the relevant authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

hk8 provides its Platform and services on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the Platform runs smoothly and securely at all times, hk8 will not be held liable for:

• Any service interruptions, downtime or unexpected technical malfunctions.
• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers operating within the Platform.
• Losses resulting from a player's own negligence, including disclosing their password or account information to another party.

Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are part of the betting experience. hk8 does not guarantee or make any assurance regarding winnings in any game.

9. Account Closure

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting hk8 customer service via live chat or email. Before account closure is processed, all real money balances eligible for withdrawal will be returned to the Player subject to any outstanding wagering requirements.

hk8 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if:

• The player is found to have violated any term in this document.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on the account in question.
• The player provided false information during or after registration.
• The player fails to comply with an identity verification request within the stipulated timeframe.

10. Amendments to Terms

Continued use of the Platform after the amendment's effective date will be deemed as full acceptance of those changes. If a Player does not agree with the amended terms, they have the right to close their account by contacting our customer support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to hk8's international licensing. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the Platform will be resolved through the dispute resolution channels established by the relevant licensing authority.
